Scientist & Educator
Founder and Director, STEM Dorado
Award-Winning MentorI'm a cancer biologist with over 15+ years of experience in research, teaching, and mentoring, and a proud mum to a curious 7-year-old. Over the years, I've been fortunate to contribute to high-quality research and support students who have gone on to succeed in their careers. While I've loved my work in science, I've always felt a deeper calling to make science exciting and accessible for children.
This passion inspired me to start STEM Dorado. My vision is simple: I want every child who interacts with us to understand scientific concepts clearly, feel inspired about learning, and develop the confidence to excel not only academically but in life as a whole. I believe that science should be hands-on, fun, and meaningful — not just something from a textbook.
